This iSilo document uses hyperlinks to allow rapid access to all the most up-to-date ICD-9 diagnosis codes commonly used in primary care.

Note: CodeMeister 2005 will not be updated for 2006. Instead, all new CodeMeister 2005 customers will receive a free update/upgrade to ICDMeister 2006.

Detailed categories have been added to facilitate locating codes by browsing.

Search for codes using abbreviations or common names (ie. FTT for failure-to-thrive, or fibroids for leiomyoma).

These added features make this the easiest to use coding utility currently available for the Palm.

CodeMeister 2005 is best viewed with a current version of iSilo for PocketPC (version 3.3 or later). A step-by-step tutorial to help PocketPC users get started with iSilo and CodeMeister is available here.
